WorkBC in Squamish is looking to hire a temporary full-time ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to join their team.

Note: This position is approximately 1 month.

Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Administrative Assistant will oversee the smooth day to day operations of the front office, provide excellent customer service to clients, administrative and clerical support to the program staff.

We are seeking a professional, organized and customer-focused teamplayer to help us during our busy season.

Those with the following qualifications are encourage to apply:

At least 2 years' experience of administrative support experience in a fast paced work environment.

Post-secondary education in office management/clerical or appropriate combination of education and experience.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, database systems and basic admin tasks, office equipment and software
applications are essential.

Ability to work in a multi-phone system, ability to work with a diverse group of people and work collaboratively with the team as well as independently.

Strong verbal and written communication skills along with a positive demeanor will thrive in this role.
